**How will you make an impact in this role?**

The Colleague Experience Group (CEG), formerly known as Human Resources, seeks to provide a great colleague experience every day.
Payroll is looking for a Payroll Analyst to join our team, and lead key payroll processes for LAC region, also to support the ongoing strategic transformation of the team, focused on improve end-to-end Servicing experience.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Execute Regulatory & Employment Tax calculations and controls to ensure timely and accurate reporting & payment to the local LAC authorities.
- Lead reporting of employment tax obligations directly into the authorities websites. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to proceed with payments as per authorities calendars
- Validate Income Tax and Social security payments for the region. Control against accounting registrations
- Management of Bank Portals.
- Support continue improvements and initiatives related to payroll function in the region.
- Support internal audits and external Tax authorities inquires and intimations
- Create and maintain repository source of information and documentation (SOPs) as per company standards.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Advanced student or graduated in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Accountant or Related.
- 5+ years of work experience in a Payroll role is required.
- 2+Proof experience in Tax and Regulatory matters for LAC (preferred Argentina, Brasil. Chile & Mexico)
- Knowledge on regulatory processes such us: Income Tax (Mex), SICORE (Arg), INSS (Bra), IMSS (Mex), SICOSS (Arg), IRRF (Bra), ISN (Mex)
- Commerce Union
- Experience with SAP Payroll system or similar.
- Intermediate/Advanced level of English.
- Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to work under time constraints to ensure deadliness are met.
