Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR SPECIALIST to join our team at Marriott International. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify payroll postings and documents for accuracy and completeness;
- Maintain and secure all payroll-related files, records, and cash equivalents in accordance with company policies and procedures;
- Process payroll reports and statistical tables, including reconciliation of punches, hours worked, pay adjustments, and other pay-related information;
- Compute employee wages and deductions, enter data into the payroll system, and issue paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions;
- Provide expert advice on payroll matters, tax issues, benefit plans, and collective bargaining agreement provisions to employees and managers/supervisors;
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 2 years of related work experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. As a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
Salary Range
The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 based on industry standards and location.
