This role will support our North American Payroll team and be based out of our Buenos Aires office in a hybrid work setting.
**You will**
- Accurately handle payroll calculations, deductions, and ensure compliance with all requirements.
- Efficiently process and oversee unemployment claims with precision.
- Calculate and process payroll deductions, adjustments, and bonuses with meticulous attention to detail.
- Generate and maintain comprehensive payroll and benefits reports to support organizational transparency and decision-making.
- Work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure compliance and accuracy in payroll-related matters.
- Process new hire enrollments, changes, and terminations in benefit plans, ensuring a smooth and accurate transition.
- Respond promptly and effectively to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and related policies.
- Partner with HR and finance teams to resolve any payroll and benefits issues that arise.
- Create detailed reports and analyze data related to payroll costs, benefits utilization, and employee demographics.
- Manage employment contracts, bonus documentation, and other payroll-related admin, helping to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Support payroll and benefits audits and compliance reviews to maintain the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
Job requirements
**You have**
- Advanced English speaking and writing skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in payroll administration and benefits management.
- Proficiency in payroll software is desirable but not required.
- Good understanding of medical benefits & retirement plans
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
