**Experiência y conocimientos**:
Al menos 2 años de experiência comprobable en ventas de freight forwarding (se valorará la experiência previa vendiendo servicios de carga aérea, específicamente).
Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación, tanto escrita como verbal.
Excelentes habilidades de negociación.
Se valorará el conocimiento del mercado de cargas aéreas.
Aptitud y actitud para el trabajo en equipo con las áreas de pricing y operativas.
**Responsabilidades**:
Identificar clientes potenciales y sus necesidades, y desarrollar actividades comerciales a su medida.
Construir relaciones de largo plazo, tanto con clientes existentes como nuevos, y ampliar el negocio con los mismos.
Llevar adelante reuniones, calls y otros eventos de captacion y mantención de clientes.
Llevar adelante negociaciones complejas con ejecutivos senior
Participar en ferias y exposiciones.
Registrar las oportunidades y actividades en forma semanal en el sistema CRM.
