- Business Development Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Marketing team in supporting our Sales team. The BDR will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and nurturing relationships to drive revenue growth. Successful performers in this role will have the opportunity for promotion to Sales Executive.
**Responsibilities**:
- Qualify leads through engaging conversations to understand their needs, challenges, and buying intentions.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage lead information, activities, and follow-up tasks.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to hand off qualified leads and facilitate smooth transitions throughout the sales process.
- Conduct research on target industries, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including lead generation targets, conversion rates, and revenue goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Results-driven with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.

- Sales Executive Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Sales team in the EMEA region. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, driving sales revenue, and achieving growth targets.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the EMEA region to drive new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions using our blockchain technology products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure client satisfaction and successful project implementation.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and client communications using CRM software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the technology industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages spoken in the EMEA region are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as needed.
Pay: $900,000.00 - $1,352,618.00 per month
