Estamos en búsqueda de un **Value Proposition Specialist** para incorporarse a compañía aseguradora líder, con presencia internacional.
Trabajarás junto con el Gerente del área y el Líder de Customer Experience para abordar estratégicamente la propuesta de valor de la empresa, centrada en la experiência de los clientes.

**Tus principales responsabilidades serán**:

- Diseñar la propuesta de valor de la empresa desde el punto de vista del CX.
- Mapear todos los journey del cliente detectando oportunidades de creación de valor.
- Proponer acciones tendientes a generar loyalty e incrementar el LTV de los clientes.
- Implementar los cambios en la Value Proposition
- Proponer soluciones innovadoras para la mejora de Experiência del Cliente y puntos de contacto en general.
- Interactuar con las áreas de Marketing, Comunicación, RRSS para mantener la coherencia de la VP de manera omnicanal.
- Definir métricas para monitorear los efectos de los cambios en la VP
- Documentar todos los procesos afines.

**Requisitos**:

- Profesional universitario graduado en Comunicación, Marketing o afines. Posgrado / Maestría es un plus. (MBA o similar)
- Experiência de al menos 3 años en áreas de Markeing y/o CX
- Habilidades de comunicación y presentación de análisis e insights.
- Conocimientos intermedios (deseable avanzados) de: Excel, Tableau, Microstrategy o afines.
- Inglés oral y escrito intermedio/avanzado
- Experiência interactuando con varios stakeholders.
- Conocimiento en rubro Seguros es un plus.
- Team player y orientado a la generación de buen clima
- Se valorarán conocimientos de metodologías ágiles y gestión de proyectos.
- Experiência en áreas que sean puntos de contacto / encuentro con clientes.
