Estamos ampliando nuestra presencia en el mercado argentino de **Onco-Hematología**, con el objetivo de desarrollar medicamentos innovadores para necesidades no cubiertas. Contamos con un pipeline prometedor y lanzamientos previstos en los próximos tres años, además de investigaciones en curso. **Propósito del Cargo**:
**Responsabilidades**:
- Definir estrategias de acceso y propuesta de valor para cada producto dirigido a diferentes pagadores del sistema de salud (HMOs nacionales, provinciales, etc.).
- Analizar datos del sistema de salud y de las HMOs para desarrollar estrategias impactantes que respondan a las necesidades de cada pagador.
- Participar en el lanzamiento de nuevos productos, garantizando un plan de negocio adecuado y un lanzamiento exitoso.
- Liderar la comunicación de valor, proporcionando información científica, de estudios clínicos y económicos para ganar compromiso de los pagadores.
- Establecer y mantener relaciones con partes clave del sistema de salud a través de colaboraciones continuas y mutuamente beneficiosas.
- Coordinar presentaciones de nuevos productos ante autoridades reguladoras y financiadores como CONETEC/AGNET, y otros actores relevantes.
**Requisitos**:
- Título universitario en **Administración de Empresas**, **Economía**, **Carreras de Salud** o afines.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência en la industria farmacéutica o sanitaria, con experiência específica en **economía de la salud**, **acceso al mercado** o **fijación de precios**.
- Experiência sólida en negociaciones y manejo de relaciones con pagadores directos.
- Conocimiento profundo de modelos de **costo-efectividad**, **impacto presupuestario** y **evaluaciones de tecnologías sanitarias**.
- Dominio avanzado de **inglés** (tanto oral como escrito).
**Experiência Específica**
- Experiência en **acceso al mercado**, **value proposition** o **HEOR** (Health Economics and Outcomes Research).
- Experiência comprobada en el desarrollo y ejecución de **propuestas de valor** y **estrategias de acceso al mercado**
