- The Market Access Specialist is responsible for driving and realizing the vision, strategy, and the MAPA Plan for the affiliate by implementing key projects and analysis within his area of expertise. Plays a key role in executing affiliate pricing and contracting business cases considering local Market Access opportunities and Affiliate strategy. Elaborates and translates Commercial, pricing and contracting strategies into specific projects and tactics by driving its execution whilst also supporting the development of Pricing & Contracting capabilities in the affiliate.**Activities and Responsibilities**
- Develop and monitor intelligence on the market access landscape in the affiliate with respect to NN and competition access, healthcare system changes, HTA developments and general trends in the field.
- Implement and execute strategic Market Access frameworks such as payer engagement, negotiation, and objection handler in close collaboration with Affiliate HEOR team and LATAM/IO regional offices.
- Reflect clear understanding of business impact and general Market Access implications by close cross functional collaboration with key functions (Finance, Legal and Compliance, Business Units, Commercial Excellence, Medical Affairs) to create solid business and/or pricing cases that are in line with the NN pricing strategies and policies on a timely manner.
- Identify and initiate potential contracting/risk sharing opportunities and coordinate the development of the business case in a cross functional way.
- Develop and sustain collaboration and partnerships with key internal/external stakeholders to ensure MAPA alignment with business needs and priorities.
- Establish and maintain a broad network of stakeholders with influence on market access outcomes to promote learning, understanding and considerations of payer expectations and market access needs in their daily work.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Science, or related.
- Fluent in oral and written English level.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Health-related organizations.
- Strong project management skills.
- Direct experience required in at least two of these areas: Market Access and Pricing, Contracting and Risk Sharing Agreements, Health Economics, Brand Value Communications; Payer Engagement; Customer insight gathering and value proposition.
- Practical knowledge in commercial business initiatives development, implementation, and commercial skills; experience in building relationships/networks with health care stakeholders (Payers, insurers, policy makers, etc.); Understanding, analysing and articulating complex initiatives & projects with key stakeholders using strategic thinking and implementing tactical plans.

**Desired Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience working for a multinational company.
- Previous experience working with Diabetes.
