**La Oportunidad**
Esta posición está ubicada en las oficinas de **Retiro** y pertenece a nuestra división de **Cuidado de la Diabetes**: Estamos enfocados en ayudar a las personas con diabetes a controlar su salud con productos que cambian la vida y que proporcionan datos precisos para impulsar decisiones mejor informadas. Estamos revolucionando la forma en que las personas controlan sus níveles de glucosa con nuestra nueva tecnología de detección.
Como **Market Access Specialist**, tendrá la oportunidad de impulsar los resultados comerciales del negocio mediante la interacción con las cuentas de pagadores claves asignadas. Debe comprender los móviles de la toma de decisión y desarrollar e implementar las estrategias para lograr el reembolso sostenible.
**Que harás**
Contribución al crecimiento rentable del negocio:
- Comprender, describir y priorizar los stakeholders del sistema de salud más relevantes: financiadores, organismos gubernamentales, asociaciones de pacientes, asociaciones profesionales, KOL y otras partes interesadas.
- Construir relaciones y redes confiables y estratégicas con los stakeholders. Comprender sus necesidades específicas relacionadas con el reembolso e identificar oportunidades de asociación mutua.
- Identificar las barreras impuestas al reembolso y encontrar y ejecutar tácticas de mitigación de esas barreras.
- Analizar las tendencias de acceso al mercado, cambios en las políticas de salud y mapear continuamente los requisitos de reembolso por tipo de pagador para los productos en el mercado.
- Comunicar asertivamente la evidencia científica, de impacto presupuestario disponible, como a si la propuesta de valor del porfolio.
- Contribuir estratégicamente con las actualizaciones de las directrices de salud nacionales y provinciales, de las sociedades científicas y de las agencias de tecnología sanitaria locales.
- Proponer las condiciones de los acuerdos comerciales mas adecuadas para cada negociación de reembolso.
- Desarrollar plataformas de comunicación adecuadas para cada stakeholder para contribuir con la difusión de los mensajes de valor de los productos (talleres, material de información para el pagador, etc)
- Desarrollar los objetivos, estrategias y tácticas a ejecutar en cada una de las cuentas prioritarias asignadas.
- Promover el valor de la innovación en el Sistema de Salud.
- Interactuar con las áreas distintas áreas del negocio para implementar los objetivos de cada cuenta clave (training, marketing, finanzas, comercial etc.
**Cualificaciones requeridas**
- Nos orientamos a estudiantes avanzados o graduados de las carreras de Ciencias de la Salud, Farmacia, Economía, Marketing o Administración de Empresas con experiência de al menos 2 años en la industria farmacéutica o de dispositivos médicos en posiciones comerciales o de Acceso realizando tareas similares.
- Buscamos perfiles con experiência funcional en reembolsos, acceso al mercado, conocimiento de Sistema de Salud Argentino y del canal comercial de la industria farmacéutica argentina, red de distribución y principales cadenas de farmacias del país.
- Son necesarias las competencias de comprensión estratégica del negocio, capacidad para analizar información y evaluar el riesgo potencial, buenas relaciones interpersonales, orientación a resultados y manejo de conversaciones y negociaciones difíciles.
