**Requisitos**:
Soporte a la operación
- Validar, investigar y resolver incidentes que no pueden ser resueltos por nível 1
- Conocimientos técnicos especializados
- Diagnóstico y la resolución de problemas complejos
- Proporcionar documentación para otros níveles de soporte.
- Brindar detalles de cierre.
- Contactar al usuario final si es necesario
- Compromiso con el servicio al cliente
- Métodos más avanzados de resolución y análisis de problemas técnicos
- Aptitudes para seguir procesos, procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo para garantizar experiências consistentes.
- Experiência en las plataformas tecnológicas clave de la organización
- Conocimiento de norma ISO9001:2015 o superior (deseable) Sistemas de gestión de calidad
- Conocimiento de metodología Agile, SCRUM (deseable)
- Uso de herramientas de administración de bases de datos (SQL, Oracle, MySQL, TOAD, etc)
- Manejo de herramientas de administración de tickets, documentación cierre de casos.
- Dominio avanzando y experiência en sentencias SQL para procesos ETL, así también conocimiento en comandos de sistemas operativos UNIX/LINUX etc.
