WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL
- Hire, onboard and offboard an associate
- Prepare monthly and annual close, retention bonusses, revenue vs HC, SOX compliance reports
- Prepare for government institutes: Info on part time associates, costs related to the employers, associates with special protection (pregnancy, disability, etc.), termination queries, unemployment claims data
- Resolving ad-hoc Employee Relations queries and manage local policies, procedures and related procecess
- HR to create promotion letters, contract addendums where applicable
- Maintain and manage list of associates' citizenship & visa status, including upcoming renewals cases
