People Specialist/HR Business Partner

About the Role
The People Specialist/HR Business Partner will work closely with the People Director to develop and implement initiatives and projects at the local, regional, and global levels. This role will maintain a strong relationship with the HR Business Partner team to understand each assigned population and work together to develop and implement solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and understand business needs and collaborate with the People Team to generate proposals that address these challenges.
- Collaborate with the People Team to build the roadmap of initiatives and projects that support the different stages of the employee journey.
- Act as the focal point for various projects, coordinating multiple fronts and ensuring timely implementation.
- Work jointly with the HR Business Partner team to build and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with the People Team to launch global/regional projects, proposing necessary adjustments according to local specificities.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented projects.
- Act as the HR Business Partner for the assigned population.
Qualifications/Background Sought

- Proven experience in managing and mentoring employees at different levels within the organization.
- Strong project and process management skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on execution, problem-solving, and improving processes.
- Not afraid to course correct in the middle of a defined process.

- Good problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations, HR Business Partner, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- User experience mindset.
- Team player.
