_**Ventas internas enfoque empresarial**_
**Responsabilidades**:
- Generar nuevos negocios mediante la prospección activa usando LinkedIn, llamadas telefónicas y llamadas en línea, WhatsApp, correo electrónico y otros canales disponibles.
- Gestionar expectativas y demandas de empresas, buscando detallar objetivos, metas y áreas de oportunidad.
- Dominar el e-commerce y el marketing digital para sugerir capacitación adecuada, ya sea con cursos predefinidos o personalizados, basada en las áreas de oportunidad de la empresa.
- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones duraderas con cuentas clave, enfocándose en el crecimiento y retención de clientes empresariales.
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência comprobada en ventas internas y trabajo remoto.
- Dominio de tecnologías de comunicación, como CRM y plataformas de llamadas en línea como Meet, Zoom.
- Conocimiento del paquete office: Powerpoint, Excel y Word.
- Conocimientos en marketing digital y análisis de datos para optimización de estrategias de ventas.
- Habilidades de consultoría y análisis de industria.
- Participación activa en capacitaciones y desarrollo profesional continuo.
**Competencias clave**:
- Interpretación y acción según indicadores de desempeño diario, semanal y mensual.
- Dominio de los 5 KPIs: leads totales contactados, leads contactados sin éxito, leads contactados con éxito, leads que avanzaron en el pipeline, leads que cerraron.
**Jornada de Trabajo**:
- Jornada: 9am a 6pm
- Lunes a Viernes
- Contrato de prestación de servicios
- Pago mensual vía PayPal en USD
**Económico**:
- Fijo: 300 USD + 200 USD por objetivos mínimos
- Comisión: + 500 a 1000 USD
