Inside Sales Manager

**Job Overview**:
**Duties**: - Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives to achieve targets and ensure we are booking quality appointments that will help grow revenue - Conduct outbound calling and prospecting to identify potential customers and book appointments - Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and loyalty with existing customers - Analyze performance and provide coaching and training to team members to improve results - Stay up-to-date and stay competitive
**Skills**: - Proven experience in inside sales management and call center management - Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics - Excellent customer service and negotiation skills - Fluency in English is a must - Strong sales skills and the ability to meet and exceed team targets - Experience in leading and managing a team of customer service representatives - Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze sales performance and provide coaching and training to team members.
