Misión del Puesto:
El Inside Sales se encargará de realizar ventas a pequeñas y medianas empresas, utilizando herramientas como teléfono y correo electrónico para ofrecer nuestros productos y servicios. Además, será responsable de la prospección de nuevos clientes, mantenimiento de la cartera actual y apoyo administrativo al equipo comercial.

Responsabilidades:

  • Contactar y entender las necesidades de los clientes para ofrecer soluciones a través de nuestro portafolio.
  • Gestionar y actualizar el sistema de contactos.
  • Buscar nuevos clientes y fortalecer relaciones con los existentes.
  • Gestionar órdenes de compra y asegurar el cumplimiento de los compromisos con los clientes.
  • Coordinar con diversas áreas internas para resolver problemas y asegurar la entrega puntual de productos.
  • Realizar análisis de inventarios y prever acciones para mejorar la rotación de productos.
  • Asistir en tareas administrativas y brindar soporte postventa.

Requisitos:

  • 2 a 3 años de experiencia en ventas o televentas, preferentemente en empresas de distribución en la industria química.
  • Título técnico (preferentemente Técnico Químico o carrera afín).
  • Enfoque en la negociación, habilidades de comunicación efectiva y capacidad de análisis.
  • Enfoque en el cliente y disposición para las ventas.
  • Habilidades técnicas y profesionales en la industria química.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y colaborar con equipos internos.
