Sales Growth Manager

Frost & Sullivan is a leading research and consulting firm that empowers clients to deliver transformational growth. We are currently seeking an accomplished Sales Growth Manager to join our team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business development opportunities in the Brazil territory, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets and activity quotas.
Key Accountabilities- Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and outreach.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications using a company CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience working in a related sales environment.
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese required. Spanish is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in sales performance, lead generation, and account management.
