**Qué harás**:

- Responsable por la generación y fomento de ventas de la línea de MedSurg en Argentina (enfocado en Gran Buenos Aires)
- Contacto con los principales Stakeholders de los clientes: participación en entrenamientos, eventos
- Atender y mantener relaciones comerciales con los Clientes existentes a los que presentará nuevos productos y servicios para aumentar su nível de satisfacción.
- Desarrollar nuevos negocios con Clientes existentes e identificar áreas de mejora para alcanzar las cuotas de ventas establecidas.
- Detectar potenciales Clientes desarrollando estrategias de negociación y venta a corto, mediano y largo plazo.
- Organizar reuniones de desarrollo comercial con Clientes existentes y potenciales, decisores de compras, bioingenieros, etc. ; coordinando DEMOS y capacitaciones en la institución de Salud (in situ) o en las salas de reuniones de Stryker Argentina con el objetivo de promover el interés en adquirir los productos Stryker.
- Negociar contratos y gestionar la documentación necesaria para la confección de facturas y remitos.
- Alcanzar los objetivos y resultados de ventas establecidos dentro del plazo acordado.
- Comprender las necesidades principales de los Clientes para ofrecerles soluciones técnicas y comerciales adecuadas a cada uno de ellos.
- Desarrollar y presentar informes proporcionando oportunidades de desarrollo y crecimiento.
- Reportar al Gerente de la Unidad de Negocios informes con las actividades de la competencia y el potencial para nuevos productos y servicios

**Qué Necesitas**:

- Formación superior;
- +3 años de experiência en ventas de Dispositivos Médicos
