MISIÓN DE LA POSICIÓN
Lograr un desempeño enfocado en una alta satisfacción de clientes, mediante la ejecución de las actividades de servicio asignadas, tales como: instalación, puesta en marcha, mantenimiento preventivo, mantenimiento correctivo, y actualizaciones de equipos de diagnóstico por imágenes en Argentina; cumpliendo los estándares de calidad establecidos lineamientos del negocio.
TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES
- Ejecutar en tiempo y forma las actividades asignadas dentro de su área de incumbencia.
- Actuar como interlocutor frente a toda inquietud o necesidad del cliente.
- Registrar y reportar en tiempo y forma los trabajos según herramientas y procesos establecidos.
- Realizar interconsultas técnicas y escalaciones si se requiere.
- Dar seguimiento, establecer plan de acción y comunicarlo adecuadamente, en los casos que lo ameriten.
REQUISITOS GENERALES
- Graduado en Ingeniería Electrónica, Electromecánica, Electromedicina, Biomédica, o Bioingeniería (Preferente)
- Experiência en equipamiento de tomografía computada y/o resonancia magnética y/o Rayos X serán un plus altamente valorado.
- Capacidad de trabajo bajo presión.
- Capacidad de interlocución con clientes.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
- Disponibilidad para realizar guardias.
- Contar con movilidad propia.
- Nível de inglés para comunicación oral y escrita.
