**You are responsible for**
- Be a field engineer
- Receive instructions from the planning team based in Panama, who schedule customer visits reporting equipment failure (CT scanner, x-ray and others).
- Work performing equipment repairs
- Go to site, arrive to check the equipment, inform the customer after the repair how it was left or give information if any follow up is needed.
- Escalate cases as needed, usually done in English.
- Based in Buenos Aires, but must travel to other cities and provinces to serve customers.
**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- Knowledge of medical equipment (plus)
- May be graduate of biomedical engineering, mechanical, electronics or related.
- Must have Intermediate/Advanced English level.
- Have the ability to work in a team environment
- Automobile (plus)
