Customer Service Assistant

The sales representative is responsible for providing effective customer service using knowledge of the company's products and services to ensure that we meet the customer's needs. This role will work closely with external business partners and internal stakeholders.
**Roles and responsibilities**:
- Maximize sales and profits through the sale of implants and products and solutions related to the agreed sales plan.
- In-depth knowledge of the operation of our products, features and benefits.
- Knowledge of the market and competition to explain the superiority of our products.
- Assist in the construction and development of our brand locally, in line with the global marketing strategy.
- Daily visits to Doctors and Health Institutions. Minimum goal: 6 visits per day.
- Patient care, derived from visits to health professionals. Dedicated advice, providing support service to your concerns regarding the product and its surgery.
- Registration and monitoring of orders, offering substitutions and solutions if necessary.
- Communicate to Customer Service any special conditions of an order or a customer so that it can process orders in accordance with our payment terms and orders are shipped in a timely and appropriate manner to customers.
- Report the field visit accurately working on providing information to the territory manager in order to obtain guidance.
- Segment your customers into several categories with very detailed information
- Be the point of contact for your clients when it comes to providing the best possible service for any type of problem the surgeon may have
- Enter the operating room with clients to create a strong relationship, understand their needs and provide them with useful advice when using our products.
- Fulfillment of commercial objectives.
**C**ompetences**:
- The commercial must be dynamic, structured and persistent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the sales area in a similar industry.
- Must be influential, courteous and have good discussion and persuasiveness.
- Ability to develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with other people both inside and outside the organization.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Problem-solving mindset and proactively addressing work-related issues.
- Ability to multitask due to constantly changing priorities and opportunities.
- Great capacity for verbal, written and listening communication.
- Great presentation capacity.
- Great monitoring and execution capacity.
- Sense of priority and good organizational skills.
- Ability to work with CRM.
- Accustomed to working with reports of field visits, segmentation and effectiveness of the kpis sales force.
- Customer service oriented person.
- Ability to respond quickly to emergencies and ability to solve problems.
- Ability to sell, but also to offer commercial solutions to its customers.
**Requirements**:
- Full graduation.
- Own mobility, preferably.
- Travel availability.
- Office suite user.
