Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Manager in supervising staff and daily field operations.
- Train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
- Manage Projects.
- Handle customer inquiries, issues, and escalations promptly and professionally.
- Conduct interviews, hire new employees, and provide ongoing feedback to team members.
- Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales reports and set performance goals.
- Collaborate with the Manager to create strategies for achieving sales targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment..
Qualifications:
- Previous experience customer service
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead by example
- Proficiency in computer and basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of training development techniques is advantageous
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Familiarity with management practices
- Professional phone etiquette for effective communication
