**Virtual Assistant - Customer Service/Account Manager Remote**
This position is for any location. We are looking for a virtual assistant for a construction company.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Must have at least 2 years of customer service and/or Account Manager experience
- Must submit a video explaining why you believe you would be a good fit for the role
- A go-getter attitude
- Excellent English verbal and writing skills
- Ability to work independently
- An outgoing and warm personality
- Top-tier communication and organizational skills
- A flexible schedule (may need to work evening and/or weekends)
- Extremely articulate and professional
- Must have a reliable computer and internet
- This is a remote role so you must have a quiet professional looking home office
People with customer service, collections, and account management experience are highly encouraged to apply
Other things to know about the Role and Company
- This is a remote position. You must have a quiet place to work (no pets, kids, or other noises) without distractions as well as a professional background (not the fake zoom backgrounds) when conducting video meetings.
- Must have a fast and reliable computer (can not do this job from a phone or ipad), computer stand so you’re not looking down at your computer all day and in meetings, a mouse (required for efficiency), reliable internet, and good lighting (similar to this)
- Small company - We expect people to be self-sufficient and be willing to help out where and when it’s needed.
- Hours needed - evenings, weekends, flexible
- It’s an Independent Contractor role
- We require people to sign a Non-compete and non-disclosure agreement
- Business Professional attire/appearance is required when meeting clients and matches.
- You will be provided with a separate phone number through dialpad so that you can make calls through the app on your phone and computer
- Must put in the extra effort to find matches for client. Have to do whatever it takes and be resourceful to recruit matches through your social media accounts specifically, Linkedin, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Our Training process will require you to read, watch videos, quizzes, and activities. Once this is completed then you will work with a mentor one on one.
- We also provide matchmaking services to Gay and transgender clients
- We use Hubstafffor time tracking. Please review the software so you understand how it works for efficiency, accuracy, and screenshots. For example, if you’re not active on the computer because you’re on a phone call or stop working to go do some laundry it will stop tracking and you can come back choose to include or exclude that time.
- Must be comfortable working with difficult clients, getting, and giving feedback
Pay: $700,000.00 - $870,000.00 per month
