We are searching for a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Odoo to support various administrative and operational tasks, ensuring our business runs smoothly.

**What you will do**:

- Manage customer relationships and sales pipeline using Odoo's CRM and Sales modules.
- Create and process invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable, and generate financial reports using Odoo's Accounting and Invoicing modules.
- Track inventory levels and manage stock movements using Odoo's Inventory Management module.
- Create and manage quotes with accurate pricing, discounts, and terms within Odoo.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain organized and up-to-date information within Odoo.
- Provide excellent communication and customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain a meticulous attention to detail and strong time management skills.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Extensive experience in Odoo, covering CRM, Sales, Invoicing, Accounting, and Inventory Management modules.
- Proficient in double-entry bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Ability to create and manage quotes with pricing, discounts, and terms within Odoo.
- Experience with accurate data entry and management in Odoo.
- Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong time management.
- Clear availability and strong responsiveness.
- Previous virtual assistant experience with Odoo proficiency, backed by references or a portfolio.
