Estamos en la búsqueda de un profesional en tecnología, para desempeñarse como Customer service. La finalidad de la posición será proporcionar respuestas a los clientes, brindando soluciones y anticipando problemas, con capacidad de análisis y buena actitud para atender preguntas, dudas, quejas y comentarios de clientes y prospectos.

PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES Gestión, capacitación y soporte de usuarios Derivar problemas sin resolución al equipo interno correspondiente Documentar y alimentar BD de conocimiento. Generar manuales e instructivos Testing de funcionalidades. Monitoreo diario en las aplicaciones. Verificación y validación de Logs Interacción con proveedores y equipo de desarrollo
