You are responsible for

  • Be a field engineer
  • Receive instructions from the planning team based in Panama, who schedule customer visits reporting equipment failure (CT scanner, xray and others).
  • Work performing equipment repairs
  • Go to site, arrive to check the equipment, inform the customer after the repair how it was left or give information if any follow up is needed.
  • Escalate cases as needed, usually done in English.
  • Based in Buenos Aires, but must travel to other cities and provinces to serve customers.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Knowledge of medical equipment (plus)
  • May be graduate of biomedical engineering, mechanical, electronics or related.
  • Must have Intermediate/Advanced English level.
  • Have the ability to work in a team environment
  • Automobile (plus)
