CUSTOMER SERVICE IN HOUSE / ANALISTA EN COMERCIO EXTERIOR
Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un profesional de Comercio Exterior, que se desempeñará como Customer Service In house para un cliente clave (multinacional de agroquímicos).
Las tareas a realizar son:
IMPORTACIÓN
- Control de órdenes de compra y seguimiento (SAP).
- Solicitud y seguimiento de SIRA.
- Control y seguimiento de fechas y destinos.
- Liberación de las órdenes.
- Consultas clasificatorias
EXPORTACIÓN
Control de seguimiento de órdenes en SAP
Confección proforma
Solicitud de transporte
Coordinación con Forwarder
Coordinación depósito con fecha de carga
Liberación de shipment, fletes, forwarder
Seguimiento de pólizas
Envío documentación a destino
Confección de packlist
Solicitud de documentación de la operatoria. Seguimiento de reclamo.
Solicitud de certificaciones como Senasa
Coordinación de entrega
Lo que buscamos de vos:
Experiência mínima de 4 años adquirida en departamentos de Comercio Exterior
Graduado o estudiante avanzado de Comercio Exterior, Tecnicatura en Aduana o afines.
Buen dominio del inglés tanto como escritura como conversacional (intermedio/avanzado).
Excelente manejo de Paquete Office, principalmente Outlook, Word, Excel.
Dominio de Sistemas de Gestión SAP (deseable) o similar.
Marcada capacidad de análisis, proactividad, orientación al cliente, capacidad de organización y flexibilidad.
