Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service Team at Global Blue. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their inquiries and issues.
  • Manage customer interactions and contacts, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Research and provide accurate information to customers, utilizing internal systems and resources.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and teams to ensure seamless customer service and support.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to process improvements and quality enhancements, ensuring continuous excellence in customer service.

Requirements:

  • Secondary education degree or University degree (Bc/MA)
  • Fluent knowledge of English (intermediate / upper-intermediate, both written and spoken)
  • Fluent knowledge of other language (upper-intermediate, both written and spoken)
  • PC literate with experience with MS Office
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in Customer Service (international environment is an advantage)
  • Customer-oriented and detail-focused
  • Ability to handle stress and multitask
  • Experience with Salesforce (an advantage)
