Job Summary:

Duties:

  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Assist with employee orientation and training programs
  • Support the performance evaluation process by collecting feedback, preparing evaluation forms, and scheduling meetings
  • Assist with talent management initiatives, including identifying highpotential employees and coordinating development programs
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects, such as employee engagement surveys or diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
  • Maintain HRIS system data integrity by entering new hires, terminations, promotions, and other employee changes accurately and in a timely manner
  • Support change management initiatives by assisting with communication efforts and training programs
  • Manage social media platforms to promote company culture and employer branding

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in an HR role or related administrative position
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Note:
This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated.

Pay:
From $180,000.00 per month
