HR Benefits Assistant

Fashion company is looking for an HR assistant.
Responsabilities:
Employee requests include, but are not limited to, assistance with enrollment, COBRA, life event changes, leave of absence, disability enrollment and claims, adoption assistance reimbursement and life insurance evidence of insurability documentation;
- Explain employee benefits by preparing employee communications (both written and graphical)
- Collect, analyze, and report on benefits
- Collaborate cross-functionally with people team business partners, HRIS analysts, accounts payable and payroll
- Process invoices, including but not limited to, making payment requests, verifying payments made, reconciling with external vendors, including tracking credits to ensure company is not at risk of lapse of benefits coverage
- General file management to support benefits processes
**Requirements**:
- **Experience in Account Payables**:
- **Strong knowledge in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.**:
- **Comfortable wih numbers**

**Salary**: $1,300 usd monthly
**Salary**: From $1,060,020.00 per month

- Bachelor's (required)
**Experience**:
- HR assistant: 2 years (required)
- MS office reports & presentations: 2 years (required)
