**Descripción del Puesto**:
Estamos buscando un **HR Assistant **para unirse a nuestro equipo en **Argentina.**
Esta es una excelente oportunidad para alguien que está comenzando su carrera en Recursos Humanos y desea crecer en un entorno dinámico y colaborativo.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Apoyo en tareas operativas de Recursos Humanos, incluyendo seguridad e higiene.
- Gestión de certificados y organización de carpetas.
- Solicitud de presupuestos a proveedores y seguimiento de consultas.
- Carga de novedades de nómina.
- Asistencia en la implementación de herramientas tecnológicas actuales.
- Participación en reuniones y redacción de correos en inglés básico.
- Mantenimiento de la base de datos de recursos humanos y registros de empleados.
- Completar funciones de reporte asignadas, incluyendo informes mensuales y anuales sobre terminaciones, transferencias y nuevas contrataciones.
- Procesar formularios de verificación de empleo.
- Preparar listas de reclutamiento y publicaciones de empleo.
- Realizar investigaciones, informes y memorandos diversos según se solicite.
**Requisitos**:
- Recientemente graduado o en los últimos semestres de la carrera.
- Experiência previa en pasantías o prácticas en Recursos Humanos es valorada.
- Buen nível de inglés (capaz de escribir correos y participar en reuniones básicas).
- Actitud proactiva y ganas de aprender.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar de 9 a 18 horas.
- Residencia en Capital Federal o alrededores cercanos.
- Conocimiento básico de funciones de recursos humanos y aplicaciones informáticas relacionadas.
- Comprensión de los requisitos de reporte y mantenimiento de registros de recursos humanos.
- Ultimos semestres o recién graduado de Lincenciatura en Recursos Humanos
