**Overview**:
Join our dynamic and innovative team as an Administrative Assistant, working remotely. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in a flexible, work-from-home environment and play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the office by providing comprehensive administrative support to various teams and facilitating seamless day-to-day operations.

As an Administrative Assistant, you'll be integral in providing remote support across various Administrative functions, ensuring the smoothness and efficiency of the team.

Provide administrative support to the team.

Track of proof pictures of employees

Download and proper documentation of incoming files or images

Manage and update calendars, ensuring accuracy and timely notifications.

Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents.

Input and update data in various databases and systems.

Maintain accurate and organized records

Prepare, documents, and presentations.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field, preferred.
- Ability to use Google Drive
- Proficient computer skill
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Critical Thinking and Analytics skill
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HR software, and remote communication tools.
- At least a B2 English level is required, due to interactions with a global workforce.
- Experience in an Administrative role, especially in a remote setting, is preferred but not mandatory.
