Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate interview schedule and recruiting activities to ensure efficient scheduling of appointments.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team in creating and executing effective hiring strategies.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Human Resources, Psychology or related disciplines, or advanced student in these areas.
  • 1 year experience in recruitment and selection related functions.
  • Ability to be adaptable to work in a dynamic environment and face multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Responsible and organized, with attention to detail in managing processes and documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
