Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and List Building_
  • Data Management and Integration_
  • Conduct regular audits of data integrity and system integrations, troubleshooting and resolving issues to maintain seamless operational functionality.
  • Campaign Organization and Execution_
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyzing key metrics to identify trends, optimize strategies, and achieve maximum ROI. Implement and manage outreach campaigns, ensuring personalized and effective communication with potential leads through platforms like Lemlist, SmartLead, or

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills_
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms, specifically HubSpot and , with a strong understanding of integration processes and data management. Experience with either Lemlist, SmartLead, or for automated outreach campaigns is required.
  • Proficiency in web scraping tools and methodologies, with the ability to extract and manipulate data for targeted lead generation campaigns.
  • Soft Skills_
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and followup.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
