**Job Title: Cold Outreach Specialist**
**Location: [South or Central America - Remote / WFH]**
**Job Type: Full-Time**
**About us and the Cold Outreach Specialist Role**:
**Key Objectives and Responsibilities**:
- Lead Generation: Achieve a target of 40 Sales Qualified Leads per month who attend initial discovery calls with our sales team.
- Performance Analysis: Weekly reporting on message activity, open rates, response rates, A/B testing results, technical and domain health, and the number of MQLs generated and transitioned to sales.
**Required Skills and Experiences**:
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign data to drive improvements and report on key metrics.
- AI tools, must be already fully adopted in current activities and be continually master the latest and greatest AI tools
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Reply.io, G Suite, Outlook, and CRM systems; comfortable with data management and analysis tools.
- Resourcefulness: Ability to use ZoomInfo and other data sources to target the right prospects effectively.
