About SVCS Silicon Valley Construction Services (SVCS) is a construction‑estimating and project management firm serving clients in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2003. Purpose of This Position The purpose of this position is to drive tenants towards our waiting list of business owners interested in renting an office suite on 1515 Aurora Drive San Leandro CA. Requirements Experience in cold‑calling Experience preparing and sending newsletters in large numbers Mandatory: Experience hosting online events If hired, must utilize Time Doctor or similar screen‑recording technology Responsibilities Work 8 hours per day, 5 days per week (40 hours per week) anytime Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM San Francisco, California time Daily: Doing cold‑calling to local markets of San Leandro to generate leads and schedule a tour to our office suite Maintain contact database of vendors, tenants, and grant‑marketing institutions Post videos on Facebook and all other social media Weekly: Host webinar for tenants Attend business networking webinars hosted by others Compensation $600‑$1000 USD/month. Bonus $25 bonus for event tour request or quote request. Paid after tour completed or quote sent. $50 bonus for each unit rented. Paid when move‑in payments and documents received. 10% bonus during each pay period for going above and beyond the standard list of tasks given each week.
