Position Overview: As a Lead Generation Specialist at Revenue Automation, you'll be integral in nurturing our agency and existing clients by driving high-quality leads and enhancing revenue. We're on the hunt for a gifted professional who can demonstrate successful experience in lead generation, accompanied by a robust comprehension of digital marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Architect and implement effective lead-generation strategies that captivate and convert qualified leads for our clientele. Conduct thorough market research to identify target demographics and adjust lead generation endeavors accordingly. Collaborate with cross‑departmental teams to create enticing marketing materials, landing pages, and lead nurturing campaigns. Analyze and interpret campaign performance metrics, offering regular reports to clients that highlight valuable insights and suggestions for enhancement. Stay updated with industry trends, emergent technologies, and best practices in lead generation marketing. Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to efficiently orchestrate lead generation activities and workflows. Qualifications: Proven track record (3+ years) in lead generation marketing, preferably within a digital marketing agency or analogous environment. Demonstrated ability in generating high‑quality leads and delivering measurable outcomes. Proficiency in using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage lead generation activities. Strong analytical abilities, capable of interpreting data and deriving actionable insights to improve campaign performance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting engaging marketing content and effectively conveying campaign results to clients. A self‑starter, proactive individual who can work independently and remotely, while effectively collaborating within a virtual team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines. Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in lead generation marketing, digital advertising, and marketing analytics. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
