We're seeking a talented and results-oriented **Paid Marketing Specialist** to join our growing team and spearhead our social media lead generation efforts.

**In this role, you'll be responsible for**:

- **Developing and executing data-driven social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.**:

- **Creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience and generates qualified leads.**:

- **Managing campaign budgets and optimizing performance to maximize ROI.**:

- **Analyzing data and reporting on campaign performance, providing insights to inform future strategies.**:

- **Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.**

**To be successful, you'll need**:

- **2+ years of experience in a lead generation company operating in the US.**:

- **Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices.**:

- **Proven ability to create compelling and results-oriented ad copy and visuals.**:

- **The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.**:
