Company introduction Company introduction About the Role : The Lead Generation Expert at Hustler Marketing will have to manage and oversee our inbound and outbound lead generation channels. Your primary goal will be to bring in qualified leads, measured by booked calls for our key services. You will be responsible for optimizing and suggesting new lead generation strategies while working closely with our Marketing and Sales departments. Mission statement Mission statement : Reliably providing our agency with qualified leads (calls), while doing what is necessary to make sure our in‑and outbound channels stay optimized and relevant. Main Specs of the Role Manage and optimize Lead Generation channels across multiple platforms, both inbound and outbound. Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing departments to align Lead Generation efforts with broader business goals. Suggest and implement new lead generation strategies (independence is welcome as long as results are there). Oversee the budget for lead generation channels, ensuring efficient use of resources. Report directly to the CEO and maintain a close working relationship with the Sales Manager. Continuously monitor the quality of leads and adjust strategies as needed to ensure high‑quality results. Manage opening new lead generation channels for other services we might develop in the future. Maintain autonomy in your role while making sure targets and KPIs are met. Position specifications Full‑time commitment while meeting general availability for office hours (3‑6 PM CET). An average of 120 to 140 tracked hours per month consistently. Fixed‑rate monthly salary paid in USD + performance bonus on leads generated. Receive contractor status after signing our non‑disclosure agreement. Committing to a 30‑day notice period after the first month. Regular performance reviews based on meeting KPIs. Requirements About You Highly proactive and comfortable driving the success of our lead generation efforts with autonomy. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to identify opportunities, address challenges, and optimize lead generation strategies. A structured and organized approach to managing the entire lead generation process, including budget oversight and performance monitoring. Analytical, resourceful, results‑driven, and passionate about lead generation and sales growth. Availability and consistency important; demonstrate reliability in workload commitments and work hours. Prior experience in this field essential. Key traits for this position Great attention to detail, organized, structured. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, approachable, disciplined, self‑motivated. Strong drive to meet and exceed targets. Key requirements 3‑5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, in an agency setting. Strong experience in lead generation for agencies with main leads being eCommerce stores and SaaS companies. Proven track record of generating high‑quality leads and booked calls. Ability to manage and optimize lead generation budgets. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams. Ability to work independently and proactively suggest new strategies for lead generation.
