Lead Generation Specialist - Latam Remote The Lead Generation Specialist will be a core component of our Brokerkit Demand Generation Team both for Brokerkit leads and for our customers. Our new team member will play a key role in managing technology and data for outbound prospecting and inbound leads along with running a 'Done For You' (DFY) managed campaign professional service for our CRM customers. Responsibilities Implement tech solutions for optimal lead generation and seamless integration with existing systems Use research tools to build prospect lists, supplement databases, and maintain lead databases Oversee and optimize lead generation campaigns for Brokerkit and individual accounts Monitor lead progress within the CRM, initiate task-based alerts for appointment readiness Integrate new lead sources into customer accounts Generate concise weekly reports for Brokerkit prospecting and monthly reports for each account Qualifications Service the customer above all else Do the right thing - even when it hurts Hungry for achievement Coachable team player Innovative problem solver Role‑based Qualifications Minimum 1-year lead generation experience Proficient in tech‑savvy lead generation and campaign management Organized researcher, identifying high‑potential outbound leads Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self‑driven, and motivated to uncover new business opportunities and nurture customer relationships Adept at leveraging data and analytics for lead‑generation strategies Ability to work in a high‑energy sales team environment and independently Thrives in a highly competitive environment Preferred Qualifications Residential real estate experience will be strongly considered Funnel building and conversion rate optimization PPC/social ads Content marketing & SEO What We Offer The compensation will be $5‑10 USD per hour commensurate with experience This is a full‑time (40 hours per week Monday‑Friday) remote role as an international contractor, and you will be paid in USD which will be deposited in your local account in your local currency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
