El perfil a desempeñar el rol de Lead Generation o Generación de Demanda será responsable de expandir la base de clientes de la empresa, investigar cuentas, identificar potenciales clientes y generar interés para estimular las oportunidades de ventas. Utilizará estrategias para identificar prospectos e iniciará el primer contacto con clientes potenciales. Será responsable de identificar en qué etapa del funnel se encuentra cada cliente potencial y y seguirá metodologías específicas de secuencia en cada campaña, en concordancia con los acuerdos que el Manager del equipo determine con los representantes de Marketing y Comercial de los clientes, a fin de convertir la oportunidad en un lead. Agendará reuniones con los equipos comerciales y los leads generados, y dará seguimiento hasta que el área Comercial accione concretamente. Por último, trabajará en colaboración con otras partes interesadas del negocio (gerentes de marketing, gerentes de cuentas, gerentes de proyectos, gerentes de ventas, gerentes de operaciones y otros) según corresponda.

**Requisitos**:
**Skills mandatorios (excluyentes)**: - Experiência relevante en Generación de Demanda o Roles afines (no excluyente). - Conocimiento, background y comprensión de SAP. - Experiência con MS Excel, CRM, Social Media y otros. - Inglés Avanzado o Bilingüe. - Excelentes habilidades organizativas y de comunicación, con énfasis en prioridades y objetivos. - Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de equipo de ventas de alta energía: jugador de equipo. - Capacidad para interpretar las ofertas y necesidades de los clientes. - Proactividad, autogestión y ganas de aprender y crecer profesionalmente. Skills deseados (no excluyentes): - Licenciatura en campo afín. - Conocimiento/interés en Marketing y Tech. - Experiência en TI o relacionada y conocimiento de productos y servicios típicos. - Experiência CRM.
