Talent Acquisition Specialist (High-Volume Hiring) | Buenos Aires (Remote) at OpsArmy Careers About the Role We’re looking for a driven, high-energy Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. You'll play a key role in building our global workforce sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across operations, customer success, sales, and support roles. This isn't your typical HR or corporate recruiting job; you'll move fast, think creatively, and treat recruiting like a business growth engine. You'll connect exceptional people with meaningful opportunities while helping us scale globally. Apply directly here: What You’ll Do Own the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume roles (operations, entry-level, offshore, and support). Source top talent through creative channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, communities, and direct outreach. Build and manage candidate pipelines with clear metrics and predictable hiring velocity. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine job descriptions, and prioritize hiring needs. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by communicating promptly, clearly, and professionally. Use data and tools (Airtable, Google Sheets, ATS systems like Manatal or Workable) to track performance and hiring metrics. Continuously optimize the recruiting process for efficiency and scalability. Partner cross‑functionally with Operations and Client Success to support account growth and staffing demands. You Might Be a Great Fit If You Have 2‑5 years of experience in high-volume or startup recruitment. Have worked in remote‑first or fast‑scaling companies and know how to build from scratch. Move with urgency and ownership, treating recruiting like sales: pipeline, follow‑ups, and conversions. Are resourceful, getting things done even with lean tools and systems. Communicate with confidence, clarity, and warmth both internally and externally. Have experience recruiting international or offshore talent.
