We’re now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. What you’ll do Lead end‑to‑end searches across Product, Technology, and Leadership roles. Source and engage top talent through proactive headhunting — not just inbound applications. Partner closely with founders, investors, and hiring managers to define role profiles and search strategies. Manage candidate experience with empathy, speed, and precision. Contribute to refining Breakmark’s search playbooks and processes as we scale. What we’re looking for Proven experience headhunting for tech and product roles (startup or agency background preferred). Strong understanding of startup dynamics and what great looks like in high‑growth environments. Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders. Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a strong plus). Curiosity, drive, and a genuine passion for connecting exceptional talent with meaningful opportunities.
