Talent Acquisition Advisor Join Warner Bros. Discovery as a Talent Acquisition Advisor responsible for managing end‑to‑end recruiting for mid‑senior level positions across multiple client groups in Argentina and the wider LATAM region. Core Responsibilities Facilitate the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process to ensure a positive experience for applicants and hiring managers. Collaborate with P&C and business stakeholders to understand strategy and talent requirements. Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches while managing client expectations. Manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects, and clients with minimal escalations; actively source candidates through LinkedIn, local job boards, networks, and social media. Ensure interview and candidate slate preparation is completed within consistent timelines. Communicate and promote the organization’s diversity goals within searches. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 3 years recruitment experience, preferably combining agency and in‑house experience. Experience supporting high volume sourcing and recruitment. Proficient English required; Portuguese desirable. Experience creating and managing search strategies, mapping markets, and extracting industry insights. Experience with CRM/ATS and advanced candidate generation and research techniques. Strong communication, organizational, negotiation, autonomy, initiative, influencer, and learning skills. Recruiting regional experience. Company & Inclusion Warner Bros.
