About The Role As a Brand Manager based in Argentina, you will lead the Consumer Marketing strategy for the Toothpaste subcategory in Uruguay, Paraguay, and Chile. This role focuses on adapting global plans to local markets, driving growth, and managing P&L performance. Main Responsibilities Strategy & Planning: Define and adapt consumer marketing strategies and plans to align with specific local market needs. New Product Launch Leadership: Plan, lead, and ensure the successful implementation of all new product launches for the subcategory. Market Analysis: Analyze category performance (market share, trends) and competitor activities to generate actionable business insights. Profitability Management: Develop and manage the pricing strategy, identifying opportunities to enhance category profitability against competitors. Marketing Execution: Propose, implement, and track integrated marketing activities and campaigns in coordination with Retail Marketing, adhering to the defined budget. Portfolio Management: Determine and manage the optimal product portfolio that aligns with the category's strategic direction. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with all internal teams (multifunctional areas) for promotional pack development and new product initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Between 3 to 4 years of experience as a Brand Assistant, Jr. Brand Manager or in similar positions in the FMCG industry (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) Experience working with Nielsen Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Advanced English Preferred Qualifications Knowledge or experience working with AI (Artificial Intelligence) Our Commitment to Inclusion Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
