Responsibilities Develop and execute the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), ensuring global/regional alignment within the Pepsico Operating Model. Align with bottlers to guarantee flawless execution. Manage the advertising development process, from brief to execution. Support Pepsi product/packaging development with insightful analysis. Propose brand price strategy in collaboration with finance, sales & bottler. Lead innovation project management and development, from opportunity to launch. Drive 360 brand business activation, from plan to market execution. Manage media planning (Key Contact). Manage PR agency (Key Contact). Lead consumer research agenda, including local analysis and ad‑hoc studies. Execute and monitor the brand marketing budget. Coach and mentor junior team members. Monitor competitor activities. Demonstrate high‑standard teamwork, cooperation, and collaboration among the marketing team. Provide consumer insights to regional management. Qualifications Brand management experience. Solid business background and advertising development experience. Experience within a regional scope (Pepsi Argentina, Uruguay, Bolivia, Paraguay). Deep knowledge of all marketing drivers: product development, advertising, media, promotions and trade. Understanding of consumer and market dynamics. Product innovation skills. Strategic thinking and ability to conceptualize the business/brand. Adaptability to a flexible and innovative culture. Proficiency in English (must); multicultural and social exposure.
