Find out more about our mission at About The Job Join our Marketing team as Regional Brand Manager , a key role focused on leading the end‑to‑end strategy of our OTC brands across multiple countries. You will be responsible for the P&L of the brand, driving positioning, growth, and market share through regional 360° campaigns, innovation, and stakeholder management. This role has high visibility with global teams and requires strong leadership and strategic thinking. Key Responsibilities Lead short‑ and mid‑term strategic planning for the brand, defining budgets and profitability goals. Manage the full marketing cycle: pre‑marketing, launch, and post‑launch activities. Adapt global campaigns to regional needs without altering core structure. Coordinate with agencies for regional campaign execution and demand planning. Monitor market trends, competition, and performance to identify opportunities and corrective actions. Collaborate with medical teams to ensure scientifically backed campaigns. Drive digital marketing strategies and strengthen brand channels. Ensure optimal pricing strategy and manage promotional/media budgets. Lead monthly business reviews and performance analysis for the brand. Qualifications / Requirements 8+ years of experience managing brands, preferably in pharmaceutical consumer health. Proven experience handling brands across countries (Colombia, Argentina, or Central America). Strong leadership skills. Expertise in end‑to‑end brand management and stakeholder engagement. Fluent in English (B2–C1) for reporting. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or Industrial Engineering. Desirable: Experience in commercial areas, trade marketing, or sales.
