Main Purpose
Lead Compete Brands Product Team, guiding and empowering a multidisciplinary group of talents, guaranteeing business sustainability with a holistic perspective by developing the mid to long-term strategy for Southern Cone in alignment with business priorities.
Your mission Will be to
- Lead the definition of Outcomes, aligned with business priorities.
- Co-create Outputs together with the Work Team.
- Conduct appropriate follow-up on the achievement of Outcomes (90-day retrospectives).
- Diagnose and periodically communicate key metrics:
- Product Team: SOM, sell-out, prescriptions, brand health, P&L, among others.
- Customer Team: Sell-in, DOI, G2N, DSO, in-store visibility, numeric and weighted distribution, among others.
- Collaboratively lead the development of Brand Plans / Customer Plans under TB4L framework, ensuring the end-to-end process through to the action plan by discipline.
- Act as a key point of contact for the LT, regional and global teams, and other Work Leaders.
- Align and agree on the allocation of the Work Team budget in line with the Outcomes.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders as needed to progress on the defined Outputs.
- Foster a culture of peer feedback, provide performance input to team members as part of their development, and regularly align with other necessary stakeholders.
- Align and share status on priorities across Product Team Leaders and Customer Team Leaders.
- Achieve a deep understanding of the region and local markets dynamics, including competitive environment to develop strategies and identify brand key growth opportunities.
- Provide input to establish Market estimations and brand Volume targets.
- Define effectively marketing plans to ensure that top-line sales goals and bottom-line profit goals are met.
- Establish an innovation strategy for each brand-geography intersection in alignment to brand development stage across the cluster, localizing global pipeline strategy and finding local opportunities, aiming to remain competitive and capitalize market "white spots".
- Lead direct to consumer local communication in collaboration with the Brand Manager, assuring media plan efficiency and creating successful stimulus based on insights according to country's brand's development stage.
- Defines South Cone pricing architecture strategy in light of competitiveness and profitability objectives, based on consumer's perceived differential attributes.
- Work closely with local commercial teams to address execution opportunities an issues.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or similar careers.
- 5 years of Brand Management / Marketing experience in the Healthcare or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry is required.
- Fluent in English, both written & spoken
