A Day In The Life As a Digital Media Account Manager, you'll be the go‑to expert in client meetings, breaking down strategy, performance, and next steps with clarity and confidence. You’ll own daily client communication, manage projects end‑to‑end, and drive strategic account planning rooted in data. You will understand performance levers across channels, spot optimisation opportunities, and turn insights into smart recommendations. You’ll manage multi‑media clients, applying digital marketing best practices across every channel you touch. Responsibilities Lead clients predominantly focusing on Google and Meta ads. Lead day‑to‑day client activity that drives growth: client communication & education, project management for campaign execution, planning and thought leadership for service strategy. Monitor and analyse account activity (volumes, key performance indicators/metrics, incidents, trends, etc.). Understand partner marketing objectives and work with cross‑functional teams to create innovative strategies that maximise program performance. Manage client and agency team expectations, clear roadblocks to success. Lead client meetings to present and discuss program optimisation, execution and marketing best practices. Ensure day‑to‑day implementation of project deliverables are client‑ready. Role Requirements 3+ years of experience with a marketing agency managing digital programmes. Experience working with SEO, PPC, Creative, and Analytics resources. Ability to multitask and prioritise under ever‑changing needs. Proven project management skills and understanding of processes and quality assurance/control. Proactive and thrive in environments creating new opportunities. Must be able to travel from time to time. High attention to detail and organisational skills. Proven experience in growing client accounts and agency business.
