Account Manager - DotYeti Design Important Note: This position requires mid-shift hours (11:00 AM to 7:00 PM Argentina Time). We’re looking for a proactive and client-focused account manager to help us build strong, lasting relationships with our clients and ensure smooth collaboration with our creative team. What you’ll do Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for your assigned clients, understanding their needs, goals, and preferences while keeping them informed throughout the creative process. Production Coordination: Oversee the full client-production cycle from onboarding to after-sales support and ensure all deliverables are on time and aligned with client expectations. After-Sales Support: Provide professional post-project assistance (e.g., revisions, design requests, and follow-ups) to maintain high levels of client satisfaction. Issue Resolution: Address client concerns or complaints swiftly and professionally, protecting and nurturing the client-company relationship. Team Alignment: Act as the bridge between clients and creatives, assign the right team members to projects and make sure everyone’s on the same page. Negotiation & Strategy: Handle agreements and requests with both the client and production team with a focus on win-win outcomes. Our ideal candidate Has proven experience as an Account Executive, Account Manager, or in a customer service/sales role. Excellent communicator and relationship-builder with strong interpersonal skills. Knows how to manage multiple priorities with excellent time-management and organizational skills. Fluent in Google Workspace (G Suite) tools. Has a basic understanding of market research and negotiation principles. Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about client success. Bonus Points for Previous startup and/or design agency experience. Experience handling design requests for MSMEs, large corporations, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
