Responsibilities Analyzing market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape Defining the brand positioning and messaging Leading the development and execution of marketing campaigns and product launches Managing the brand’s budget and performance KPIs Working cross‑functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams Collaborating with global or regional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment Requirements College graduation Solid analytical and financial acumen Experience in brand management, product marketing, or related roles, preferably in consumer goods (FMCG) Advanced level of English Communication skills, commitment, willingness to learn and grow within the organization BIC is an equal opportunity employer.
